Refund & Return Policy

At GreenHarvest Foodstuff Trading SPC, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our products (foodstuff and spices), we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch.
2. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect product delivered (not matching the order)
- Expired product received at the time of delivery
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used food products
- Spices and consumable items once packaging is opened
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or bank transfer where applicable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange
We may offer replacement instead of refund where applicable, subject to stock availability.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
